A BIT ABOUT ME
Jeraline In 5 Seconds
I started seeing clients as a psychotherapist in 2001 and over the years worked with hundreds of men and women dealing with relationship issues, depression, PTSD, bereavement, abuse, and child hood difficulties in international development, charities and private practice; helping them to listen to their hearts and find real solutions that feel right for them.
Having trained as a psychotherapist, successfully set up and managed many counselling services for charities throughout London and set up my own private practice. I won awards for entrepreneurship and promotion.
Having grown up around fashion, I ran my own vintage clothing shop and trained as a Professional Fashion Stylist at the London College of Fashion. On my slightly hippy journey I have tried Buddhism to Quakerism and 5 zillion things in between and have come to realise that it’s all about love, oneness and happiness .
After years of offering psychotherapy that other side of me, the fashion side, was bursting to come out. From my work and personal experiences, I know that life is to short not live it authentically and do things that make you happy; as I care deeply about how many people are not in alignment or listening to their spirits.
Thus I freed the restrictions I put on myself and experience the joy of combining my passions of professional styling and psychotherapy from a creative, spiritual and loving perspective.
