You’re booking me for psychotherapy because:

  • Reveal the power the negativity has over you, which will help to reduce it so you can start getting to the root cause of how it holds you back and sabotages your happiness and energy.

 

  • Have your eyes opened to the patterns of behaviour and your ways of relating that you don’t talk about or are unconscious of.

 

  • We look at how you view yourself as a result of the issue and how this is impacting the choices you are making and the relationships you are bringing into your life.

 

  • Get clear on how you communicate with yourself and others, and how and what you do or don’t say is actually holding you back.

The Sessions

  • Identify the root issues playing themselves out and sabotaging your happiness.

 

  • You will be given strategies, new insights and knowledge to support you to feel like yourself again or even better.

 

  • Get to meet the ‘real’ you and find out what’s important to him/her by getting clear on how you expect to be treated  and identify the core principles that you want to govern your life by.

 

  • You will be supported to make changes in gradual steps in order to gain the confidence, success, relationships and happiness you desire.

 

  • Have a safe space to have those deeply honest and tough conversations with the one you love or with yourself.

 

  • Sessions are offered face-to-face, telephone or Skype weekly.
