I feel destroyed by their cheating.

I'm unhappy. Restless.

I'm unsure if I should end this relationship.

You take me for granted. It's all about your needs.
    Couples Relationship Psychotherapy

Are you bored, stuck in a rut and feeling taken for granted by your partner?

Does it feel like the only connection you now seem to have is through the kids?

Has your partner cheated on you and you no longer trust or believe anything they say?

You’ve had concerns about the relationship for years, but your frustration is getting worse.

This can be painful for many couples who have been together for some time.

Unfortunately, you may find when both of you try to communicate how you feel it leads to conflict, which then can result in blaming, resentment or acting passively aggressive to each other.

    COUPLES RELATIONSHIP PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH ME

     Will help you to:

    • Communicate clearly, lovingly and respectfully with each other so they can identify the core problems and find win-win solutions.

    • Identify both of your relationship scripts and understand how you do romantic relationships.

    • Understand why one or both of you may not be getting your needs met and clarify what you want from your relationship.

Having worked as a Psychotherapist for 20-years, supporting couples and individuals, I use Relationship Psychotherapy and other therapy models to help you focus on your love for each other.

And it's by focusing on your love for each other, we can use that as a springboard for you to grow, see each other respectfully, develop your communication skills and feel more connected.

    My role:

Is to provide you with a safe, honest and impartial space, where you can both say what is on your mind, feel  listened to, supported and trust that you want the best for each other, even if this means determining if the relationship is over.

I’ve worked with lots of couples dealing with adultery, insecurity, trust issues and power struggles.

My passion is helping couples build a basis for a long lasting relationship.

    COUPLES PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH ME INVOLVES:

    • An Initial Consultation.

    • 10 (ten) sessions lasting 75 minutes each.

    • Online weekly attendance.

    • Opportunity to extend sessions long-term (depending on your needs).

Let's work together, so you both feel heard, connected and focused on what you really need from each other.

WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK WITH JERALINE AS A COUPLE?

KEITH, DIRECTOR:  A HUSBANDS EXPERIENCE OF COUNSELLING WITH JERALINE.

”I was committed to my therapy and took it seriously as I wanted to save my marriage. The sessions were sometimes hard, as I had to face up to things about myself that I didn't want to admit. I took Grace for granted. I am now able to communicate better with my wife, and I discovered that a lot of the behaviours I displayed in my relationship were rooted in my childhood."

GRACE, ART CURATOR:  A WIFES EXPERIENCE OF COUNSELLING WITH JERALINE.

”The therapy was hard, as I wanted our therapist to side with me. Jeraline was impartial, and gently encouraged me to see how I had contributed to the imbalance of power in my marriage which created a build up of resentment to Keith. Once I became aware of this, I discovered how to set boundaries, say what was on my mind, whilst respecting my husband boundaries too. Now, we are communicating better, have shared values and know where we want to go in our marriage."
