Who Would Have Sessions With Me?

You’re booking me because your lack of confidence or low-self esteem is leading you to:

 

  • Hear the voices that criticise you and put you down, so when you look at yourself you just see flaws.

  •  Dress in a way where you are hiding yourself from the world or making yourself look older than you really are. 

  • To be passed over for that promotion at work as you're not taken seriously by your colleagues, friends or family.

  • Keep on dating the same type of person who doesn't want commit to you, but is happy to have 'fun' with you.

  • Buy too many clothes that you just throw in a room and don't ever wear as they don't fill that hole you have inside yourself.

What I do in sessions is more than pick a few clothes off a rack and upgrade your outer appearance.

 

Many people are unconscious of what they are communicating through the outfits they wear, and when they do become conscious, they are shocked.  

As a psychotherapist who is obsessed with style, I am aware of when you get clear on the issues that are blocking you from getting what you want, you can then start to improve yourself and how your inner self is being reflected outwardly.

 

This can lead you to become more successful in your relationships, career and how you approach your life as you are being your authentic self.

STYLE PSYCHOTHERAPY:  

How Does It Work!

Having created this model of working you will be uniquely supported to :

  • Identify why you wear certain clothing and accessories.

  • Why you don’t wear certain clothing and accessories.

  • What you really want to wear and the psychology behind why you don’t wear them.

  • How you view yourself and how that reflects in your clothing choices and style.

  • How the view you may have of yourself may be impacting negatively on how others see you simply through the way you dress and style yourself.

The Sessions

  • ​Identify your personal style, where you are and where you want to be.

  • ​You will learn how to adopt clothing that feels right for you and projects positivity.

  • Identify the language spoken through the specific types of clothing your wear.

  • We will look at your make-up choices, hair style etc. and how to get the right look for you.

  • Let’s meet the’ real’ you; I will also share the various stylist tools and strategies that will support you to dress from a place of authenticity.

  • You will become clear on your personal values and boundaries and how these have been impacting how you have been treated by others.

  • We will look at what has impacted your confidence, who has hurt or continues to hurt your self-esteem and how to make massive changes so you can develop the self-belief you desire.

  • Sessions offered face-to-face or via Skype and are a weekly commitment that take place at the same time each week. 

How Will Sessions Help You?

  • You will start to make decisions about your life, career and relationships based on the new values, mindset and boundaries you live by.

  • You will start to value yourself more, and feel your confidence returning; these changes on the inside will be mirrored back by how you positively treat and expect to be treated.

  • You can wake up in the morning and feel good about your wardrobe and the messages you are sending out to others as everything you own suits you, fits you and makes you feel good about yourself.
